Join the ladies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Quintessential Alpha Chapter in partnership with the brothers of Phi Beta Sigma, Fraternity, Incorporated Almighty Alpha Chapter as we have a conversation about the definition of black love, the importance of black love and whether black love is still a big deal today. The event will feature special guest speakers and a documentary screening!

Join the ladies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated Alpha Chapter on Saturday March 5th as we volunteer with Feed the People Mutual Aid DC! We will be assisting with set up, distribution, and breakdown of goods to people. Please meet us at Dupont Circle in the park area near the fountain at 3 PM. Masks are required.

It is Friday night and it is important to feel alright in the skin that you are in. Join the ladies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Quintessential Alpha Chapter, members of the Models of the Mecca, Her Campus, and the Bisonettes as we host a pajama jam centered around body positivity and self empowerment. Attendees will be given the opportunity to take part in a catwalk during the event. We ask that all attendees come in appropriate lounge wear or pajamas and wear masks.

It is time to acknowledge the role that hair plays within the black community and educate ourselves on how to properly take care of it. Join the ladies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Quintessential Alpha Chapter, The Ladies of the Quad, and members of T.A.N.G.L.E.S. as we tackle the issues pertaining to natural hair head on. Different protective styles will also be presented so come with an open mind and a notebook because these styles might just change your life. The attire is casual and masks are required.

Join the ladies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated Quintessential Alpha Chapter, members of the Howard University Pre-Law chapter of Phi Alpha Delta International Fraternity, and Health Professionals Society, Howard University MAPS Chapter in panel discussion on how to navigate your grad school journey. We encourage you to come prepared with questions. The attire is business casual and masks are required. See you there!

It is important to feel safe wherever you are and one way of doing so is by learning how to protect yourself. The ladies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated Quintessential Alpha Chapter in collaboration with Her Campus will be hosting a self-defense course in West Towers. Please come prepared to work out and learn a few new moves. The attire is workout clothes and masks are required. We look forward to seeing you!

The ladies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated Quintessential Alpha Chapter invite you to our first event of Finer Womanhood Week, Imposter Syndrome. Join us as we collaborate with Sister Sister, to discuss the issue of imposter syndrome, why it occurs, and ways to overcome it. The attire is casual and masks are required. Girl Boss Series: Empowering Female Entrepreneurs Day 3

Starting your own business can be hard especially with the unique difficulties of being a Black female entrepreneur but no worries because we got you covered! Join us, tomorrow, November 18th for an epic panel discussion highlighting the experiences of Black women in entrepreneurship and leadership. Join us along with Essence Powell, owner of Oil of Essence, Timilehin Laniyi, founder and CEO of The Tempire LLC, Soror Iye Ugbong, CEO of Queen’s Definition and Candles with Attitude & CO., and Maia Regman, renowned content creator and influencer as they provide insight on their personal experiences and advice to any aspiring entrepreneurs in the audience. Girl Boss Series: Empowering Female Entrepreneurs Day 2

Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated Alpha Chapter, as we continue our epic three-day event series “Girl Boss Series: Empowering Female Entrepreneurs”! Tomorrow, November 17th we will be hosting a movie watching of the film She Did That followed by a group discussion. So join us as we take a closer look into the lives of prominent black women entrepreneurs and what it means to leave a legacy for future generations.

This partnered event with ASA was about colorism and how it still affects the Black community. There was a presentation by Dr. Jennifer Williams about the history of colorism and then a panel discussion with Jedidiah Agbenu, Travis Brown, and Kaylin Culliver.

Participants left the event having the tools to build their brand and market themselves. Howard University's PRSSA and Jade Walter gave wonderful presentations on how to build your brand.

For the month of July, the Ladies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Alpha Chapter, put on a month-long health challenge. This included 5 events throughout the month that promoted physical health, as well as daily challenges posted on Instagram Story that encouraged viewers to work on their physical and mental health.

On June 27th and 28th, we held an event on Instagram Live about COVID-19, the Black Lives Matter Movement and Sexual Assault as it pertained to Howard University. This event was in partnership with the Alpha Phi Alpha Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated, The Black Burg, and Professor Celeste Davis, JD.
